Néstor started in advertising as a Creative Art Director for Coca Cola and its affiliated brands at the prestigious McCann Colombia agency. Following his studies in creativity and art direction, he further honed his skills at Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, where he excelled as a Senior Creative Art Director.
His tenure at Sancho BBDO Colombia marked a pivotal phase in his career, where he spearheaded graphic and creative direction, notably contributing to impactful local and global campaigns for Pepsi and a diverse portfolio of brands including Saab Miller, General Motors, Avianca Airlines, Quaker, Visa, and more.
Néstor’s expertise extends beyond creative execution; he actively engaged with BBDO University’s training models, represented the industry at esteemed events such as the Cannes Advertising Festival, and served as a jury member for prestigious creativity contests including the New York Festivals, Young Lions, PLDA, and PHNX Awards.
Throughout his illustrious career, Néstor has garnered acclaim and recognition, securing awards at renowned advertising festivals including Cannes Lions, New York Festivals, FIAP, Gramado Brasil, Ojo de Iberoamérica, and Effie Awards.
Additionally, Néstor has generously shared his knowledge and expertise as a faculty member at Brother, the esteemed Argentine creativity school based in Colombia, where he served as a teacher for the creativity diploma program.
