Account Manager

Full-time, remote working arrangement. The Account Manager will direct and strategize specified clients, increasing revenue, and expanding the business relationship. The Account Manager leads the team and client’s marketing initiatives with expert project management, planning, estimating, and quality control of projects. The primary focus is to ensure client satisfaction while building a long-term relationship. The major functions include the deployment, monitoring, managing, and processes of projects. Account Managers are extremely organized, superb communicators and navigate digitally with ease. The ideal person will anticipate the client’s needs and act in a proactive manner. Potential candidates should be proficient in Google (Drive, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft products as well as have experience with Asana and Dropbox. Fluency in English is required, Spanish speaking is a plus.


DUTIES:

  • Responsible for ensuring that all contractual responsibilities are engaged and managed, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identifies opportunities to build and strengthen the relationship with the client and for renewal of the contract, increasing revenue, and expanding the business relationship with the sale of new services to the client.
  • Accountable for the overall management of services and contractual commitments for the client.
  • Responsible for contact reports, assigning projects to the Brand Poets team, and preparing agendas.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with customers at all levels
  • Aptitude for learning and mastering all relevant internal software applications
  • Responds promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service, while exceeding client expectations
  • Displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment and includes appropriate people in decision-making process
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently
  • Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected event
